Training

As a member of the Lorien team you receive tailored training from day one. You start with a two-day induction course to get you up to speed on who we are, our clients and the way we work. You’ll also take part in a four-day sales training programme in your first three months to sharpen your skills.

Throughout the year you receive regular training on the issues and challenges relevant to your market sector from external experts. And we provide regular training on all our internal systems so you can make them work for you.
