Account Director

With five years experience at Lorien, Justin is the Account Director of four of our biggest accounts. His role involves managing and delivering our recruitment services to these accounts.

Having taken on a role where he was just dealing with one account – his role has grown in line with his experience.

Justin recommends a career with Lorien because “there are very few lines of management, so it is very easy to get your thoughts across and progress. Open communication is something which is encouraged, and more importantly acted upon. ”
