Storage Analyst / Netapp / IT Infrastructure / Windows Server / Active Directory

A leading financial services organisation in Central Manchester, are looking for an additional Storage Analyst with significant NetApp experience.

Working within a small team your main responsibilities would be; -

*The maintenance and administration of Storage and Backup solutions, ensuring storage and backup solutions are available and performing to Service Levels defined.
*Administration of disk snapshots, inter-site mirroring and tape backup schedules in line with business operational and recovery requirements.
*Liaising with 3rd party storage and backup suppliers.
*Administering Netbackup and NetApp licensing usage across the estate, liaising with Software Asset Management functions to ensure license compliance is achieved and maintained.

Your skills and experience; -

*NetApp Filer administration is essential (i.e. Snapshots, OSSV, DFM Suite, Snap Manager Products)
*You MUST have Advanced Scripting through Powershell/VB/Excel Macros
*Active Directory
*MS SQL Server 2000 or later
*VMWare infrastructure 3 is desirable bur not essential
