Lorien Resourcing are a financially stable, Top 10 UK IT recruitment consultancy and we are currently looking for IT Recruiters to join our new Leeds offices. We have been established for over 30 years and our turnover for 2008 was £181m.

We already have opened a new division this year in London / Manchester and our Leeds office has moved to a brand new, more central, city centre location this year to cope with the headcount growth plan for Lorien Resourcing – you could be apart of the growing success.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Proven IT recruitment experience is an absolute must. Attitude is vital; we're looking for team players that want to make some serious money and are also looking at a career. Self-motivation is also a must. Perhaps you're frustrated by your current company's lack of progression, or never seeming to take much commission home at the end of the month? If you've got the drive to succeed in a challenging but rewarding environment, we want to hear from you!!!

Permanent or Contract Consultants welcome, as you will be given the opportunity to dual desk anyway. You will have pay slips to prove previous commission earned and know your individual revenue generated along with KPI's and targets.

In return you will receive a competitive basic salary depending on your experience, typically £20-40k with uncapped commission from day one including benefits and car allowance potentially if required. You will be able to quickly progress into Account Management or People Management roles depending on your skills and suitability.
