Lorien Resourcing is pleased to announce that it has retained the prestigious Investors in People Standard (IiP) which it has held since 1996.

IiP is the national award that sets a level of good practice for training and development of staff to achieve the goals of the organisation.

Claire Tyrrell, Lorien’s HR Director said, "I am delighted that we have retained the Investors in People standard. This demonstrates that we are constantly striving to improve the organisation's performance through our people and it reflects the hard work that our employees have put in to ensure that our internal processes for the development and management of people meet the required IiP Standard.
