Lorien Resourcing is delighted to announce achieving a Two Star Status in the Best Companies to work for guide 2011. The Two Star award categorises Lorien Resourcing as an ‘Outstanding’ company to work for. The best companies’ award is based upon a ‘Michelin style’ rate system. The survey comprised of 70 questions is designed to measure staff feedback on eight key areas which include, personal growth, leadership, progression and management satisfaction. This year 1,165 companies applied to Best Company and only 158 received 2 star status. This is an increase from last year which demonstrates the ever increasing sign of the importance of the Best companies’ accreditation to a company and the significance of this to the employees and growth.
Jonathon Austin, founder and CEO of Best Companies commented “I would like to congratulate Lorien Resourcing on their outstanding achievement. This year it is encouraging to see that more and more organisations are recognising the value of employee engagement and are willing to benchmark themselves against the best to ensure they are offering their employees the best possible experience. Organisations like Lorien Resourcing have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a great place to work.” James Kelly, Managing Director of Lorien Resourcing added “We are delighted to have been awarded Two Gold star status and recognised and an outstanding company to work for. The award again demonstrates the time and commitment Lorien Resourcing gives to its employees. It’s encouraging for us as a company to again be recognised for such an award based on the communications received from our own staff.”
