In 2007, Lorien was awarded the RPO contract to provide contract and permanent recruitment services across Cable&Wireless.

The key deliverable within this contract was the supply of superior candidates across all areas of the business. This has been achieved through the implementation of technology solutions to aid best practice recruitment procedures, development and organisation of talent management strategies and full vendor management. Each stage of this implementation has been driven and fully supported by our on-site team from Lorien.
