Lorien Resourcing are pleased to announce they have successfully renewed their Equality Assured accreditation.

This certifies our continued approach to ensuring and enhancing Equality in the workplace. The renewed accreditation is due to Lorien demonstrating a continued commitment to delivering effective equality strategies which go beyond a general legal compliance.

In order to renew this accreditation we have successfully undertaken the Equality Assured health-check and audit service. The renewal of our accreditation demonstrates Lorien’s commitment to equality, whilst delivering a high quality recruitment service.

Equality Assured, formally known as Diversity Assured was developed as the follow-up to the REC/Jobcentre plus Diversity Pledge which received official backing from the government. The service includes onsite visits by external auditors.
